USE CASE INSPIRED BY A REAL CASE

A medium-sized mutual (500 employees) usually distributes its products and services using Excel, PHP or paper pricing systems. As these solutions are unreliable and do not allow integration with the management system, the Mutual decided to use Smalltox as its front office.

Smalltox analyzes the product and the marketing process, works with the Mutual on any additional information required, and sets up the product parameters and integrates it into the Mutual’s information system.

La Mutuelle uses the Smalltox graphical interface for distribution by its sales representatives and brokers, and has developed its own web-based graphical interface for direct sales. The graphical interface calls up the various webservices of the Smalltox underwriter for pricing and sending e-mails with quotes, advice sheets, membership applications and membership certificates.

As a result, the Mutuelle is rapidly doubling its membership numbers with its new offer and distribution resources.
