Our company is divided into two operational components

Project Management Assistance Department (AMOA)

The AMOA department is made up of functional and business project managers, and also provides user training and support functions.

Information Systems Department (DSI)

The IT department is made up of software engineers. All the code (excluding public libraries) has been programmed by Smalltox employees.

The heart of the application is a pricing system capable of managing complex “mille-feuilles” with completely different types of flow from different coverage or service providers (insurer, assistance provider, broker, healthcare network, etc.).

These rates serve as the foundation for the contribution chain and actuarial and actuarial reporting.

Services, webservices and graphical interfaces are built around this pricing tool, enabling you to use either Smalltox’s standard pricing tool or the partner’s own pricing tool. The tool also provides a management interface offering all the services required for maximum automation.

Smalltox is also approved by the CNDA | Centre National de Dépôt et d’Agrément – Ameli for the declaration of work stoppages on behalf of third parties, and the receipt of daily allowance payment slips.
