Smalltox has an internal electronic document management system that allows it to store and make available to users the dynamic documents it generates, static product documents, and client documents uploaded by them and the contributors.
From now on, these documents can be retrieved by external partner systems through the management web service. Indeed, it now transmits the list of available documents with the necessary metadata allowing the partner to know if he already has it or not and if it is up to date. The partner can then retrieve in a second step the documents that he needs and does not already have (paid tier card, contracts, deadline notice, supporting document, etc.).
