Smalltox now connects to the MySendingBox API. Smalltox users can now integrate the sending of documents by mail via a button in their user interface. Example use case for sending or forwarding documents:
- Paper Tiers Payant card
- Green Card
- Contract, rider
- Management letter
- Due notices, calls for contributions
- Formal notices.
This function can be used either transactionally by the user, or in batch processes. In practice, each center manager can open a MySendingBox account and benefit from rates specially negotiated by Smalltox. Mail sent via Smalltox will be billed directly to this account every month.
