And it\u2019s not just because of Christmas coming &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>What changes for next year :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ameli.fr\/hauts-de-seine\/assure\/remboursements\/rembourse\/consultations-telemedecine\/metropole\">New CPAM reimbursement rates in 2024 ;<\/a><\/li>\n<li>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.service-public.fr\/particuliers\/actualites\/A15386#:~:text=Au%201er%20janvier%202024%2C%20le%20plafond%20annuel%20de%20la,sociale%20le%2012%20octobre%20dernier.\">Monthly Social Security Ceiling (PMSS 2024)<\/a>, which should be set at \u20ac3,864 (or \u20ac46,368 for the annual PASS ceiling), up by 5.4%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Many supplementary health insurance rates are indexed on the social security ceiling. They therefore naturally increase according to this indexation.<\/p>\n<p>However, this is in reality only a part of the evolution of prices. Insurers may decide to make further changes to the rate, increasing or decreasing.<\/p>\n<p>Similarly, the rate can evolve intrinsically. For example, in individual supplementary health insurance, there is often an &#8220;aging&#8221; that adds an average increase of 2 to 3% each year representing the one-year aging of the insured.<\/p>\n<p>To summarize, the evolution of the rate for an individual health supplement can evolve through multiplicative factors related to :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The index to which the product is attached ;<\/li>\n<li>Ageing ;<\/li>\n<li>The insurer modifies the basic rate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The insurer can modify its basic rate relatively freely within the limits of the regulation.<\/p>\n<p>For example, this year, entry-level formulas have often been more significantly increased due to an increased burden from 100% Health.
